Why does a broken connection during a game not reconnect in the game? It reconnects in the room and I have a loss that isn't real. This is infuriating!!!

My rating should be 355 but is showing 332. I already sent a screenshot of this to moderator report, but have not heard back. My rating shows correct 355 on my profile page but not in the playing room.

pourquoi à chaque fois que je suis en mesure de gagner je suis déconnecté  et pourquoi mes adversaires ne sont pas déconnectés...j'ai l'impression que ces déconnections intempestives ne sont pas dues à des problèmes techniques mais plutot à des algorithmes ou des impératifs du site?

Hola, estoy sufriendo constantes perdidas de conexión con el servidor en las partidas de ajedrez. Es sospechoso que siempre ocurre cuando voy ganando las partidas. Lo que hace que sea suspicaz con el método que alguien está utilizando para no perder.
