buildings costs thousands of silvers.  serious building costs millions.  and if you think that's a lot, i'll just let you know you have to have a boat before you can build anyway as building is done on the other island.  and in case you didn't know yet, a boat costs 5 mil plus taxes, and can only be purchased after you've paid the king 1 mil.
