Since I have experience with using forums and creating them, I would have a few suggestions for your forum to make it bigger.

Ban List : I'm not sure if you need it, but you can post all the banned players there.

Complaints : Why complaint on them in "Dear Moderators" If you could aswell make an "Complaints" forum where you can complaint of any player that has been bad.

Admins/Moderators Talk : This is just optional, a forum where Administrators and Moderators can talk in private with no regural players talking with you people.

This is all I had in mind right now, hope you can put them in good use!
