im running PC and this has happened to me today to, i tried version 10 but that doesn't work....so what now? I just paid to get onto Fly or die what are they going to do about it!!!!????
If you do not use a mac, you have another problem. You might try another browser to see if it works on your pc.
Have you tried downloading Oracle's Java 7u13 (
http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp
), installing it on your Mac's, and then using the Java Control Panel to enable the web plugin and making sure that your browsers have Java enabled?
Thanks for the info FlyOrDie but unfortunatelly osx 10.6.6 is not supported! However, can you please explain the problem? I don't update my operative sys from ages as I stoped at the osx 10.6.6 and never had any problems since a week ago. So the change have nothing to do with Apple but with the website. Surely something is changed and breacked the apple user!
In fact apple has blocked java on all mac's on January 31. They claim that there are "security issues" so they have to protect their users. The user has no option to use Java even if they accept the risks (see
https://discussions.apple.com/message/21090749#21090749).
Oracle has released a Java update next day, which is supposed to fix 50 critical security errors. This is java version 7u13
http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp
.
Thanx a lot FlyOrDie for your help and support. Apple have solved the problem with an update so we Mac user are up and running again :-)
I havnt maneged to Make the update work and manege to get in thanks to its saying blocked for not having Javava update, run this time, also a google update says blocked by windows.
