hi,please could you let me know why my subscription has ended before it is suppose to end??? it should end in august yet its been off for 2 days now!!! was planning on subscribing again but not if you pay for 12 month but only get 10 thats not keeping to your side of the deal & i feel totally robbed!!! not happy at all :(
