There are an increasing number of players who will not complete a game when they have clearly lost it. This is wasting the time of other players and should be considered an offense where these players are banned. Please put this on the list of offenses as I consider this a form of cheating, i.e. it forces the winning player to wait up to a minute and in some case many minutes if this conduct is repeated by the losing player. tks.
