Maybe you had yourself on Do not Disturb or you had 3 Time outs/3 Minutes didnt played, so your tourney is finished.

I'm not member so no DnD.  And how does 3 min timer work when the tournament hadn't started yet?

Check your player info page, you do not have any dots.

The in-game display of dots might be buggy, especially for those who have been banned already...

The two dice you are seeing are beside your nickname whilst in-game they are not however on your service record this is a bug i'm guessing because i once had demerits and had no dice in my information yet had them beside my nickname in Pool ( I believe it's based on the number of banihsments or demerits you have obtained ) either that or it's just a common bug.
