Same happening in snooker and backgammon both are now unplayable. Constant freezing and jerky play

Again! Constant disconnection from server. Much worse today. I played 2 games and there were so many crashes that the games could not be finished. Both times I was credited a loss, although it was not my server that kept disconnecting. What gives? Why should I be penalized for your, or someone else's, server constantly disconnecting? Terribly unfair and disappointing and frustrating!
