I have had multiple cases in recent days where the program freezes and never returns control. It seems to happen just after I start to move one of the dice. I am on an iPad. When this happens, I always lose the game, even if I am way ahead or about to win. I lost one time, even though I had not even moved yet!

I've seen this happen several times. It seems that this program, and its server, are not very good at maintaining a solid connection to other servers around the world.
Something is wrong with your server. Freezes and I canNext time this happens i'm canceling and getting mymoney back.
Hi,i had similar problems in the past,but in billiards,to solve this problem,i closed all other windows and programmes that were running at the same time and this sorted the problem.
