An attempt at a genuine snooker world champs style event for FOD. No entry criteria.
 

Entries close when we have 32 entrants or 1st September, whichevers first.

16 highest rated at snooker will be seeded against other 16 drawn randomly. A knockout tournament.

Round 1 = Best of 19 (First to 10) (last 32)

to be played between 1 September and 15 September; results in this thread.

Round 2 = Best of 25 (First to 13) (last 16)

to be played between 15 September and 30 September.

Round 3 = Best of 25 (First to 13) (last 8)

to be played between 1 October and 15 October

Round 4 = Best of 33 (First to 17) (Semi Finals)

to be played between 15 October and 30 October

Round 5 = Best of 35 (First to 18) (Final)

To be played in November.

If not enough players will start at later round/use byes as necessary.
