It is not possible to create pre-moves here.

It is not possible for a program to move for you.  A program will simply tell you where to move, so you would still need to move the pieces yourself.

This is very possible there are many programs out there that auto move for you accross various sites. Many here use them too. Simply watch and 600+ rated game and observe how many people still have 58-60 seconds left in a bullet game after 30-40 moves.
