Cheating / Temporary ban helped but ....

Xxxxx, after serving a temporary ban is back. The ban has slightly made him cautious but failed to fully reform him. 

Another temporary ban will perhaps greatly help to make him follow the rules.

The cheating goes unabated.

He not only plays with his own nick (Republica) but seems, has been shared passwords by users such as azem azizi, new day1, etc. (seems azem azizi and new day1 are the same)

It's probably better if you use the contact us page to report this kind of thing. More likely to see something done about things when you do as MODs get those messages. They don't all work on the forums lol.
