Good morning Ansotica, When you made the abuse reports you mentioned, did you send those screenshots as proof? To send the abuse report with attached images to the moderation team, you should do it this way: Fill the Moderator contact form

All communication between you and the moderator will be strictly checked and if proven and justified grounds for sanctioning the offending player will be taken. I would like to remind you that you can use the "Mute" function in two ways: general mute when you are playing, and individually mute any player who is bothering and offending you.
