People are showing up muted on my list. I take them off of mute and log off and back on and they are back on the mute status. Thanks for any help.

Hi Papa44, On a PC/Mac: Please click the gear icon, then remove the checkmark from "mute non-subcribers". Click OK. See Screenshot:

On a mobile device: When you are in the lobby, at the top left, you can see a speech bubble. Tap on it. Then you can see "mute guests" and "mute non-subscribers". Remove the checkmark from "mute non-subscribers". Kind regards, John
