How do I report a program user in Bulett chess??    "xxxxxx" is the one using a program

To report a player, please navigate to the player's profile
and and click the 3 lines on the top right.

Then click report abuse and cheating.
Select the game from the drop-down menu, 
select a "cheating type" form the drop-down menu below 
and give a short explanation in the text field.

That's a demerit point.
Players who behave in an inappropriate way and violate the *site rules receive a demerit point.  
A demerit point mutes the player to all present, in any of FlyOrDie's game chat areas.
The duration time of a demerit point varies.
