I am a subscriber and have blocked (hidden) players. Most of these stay blocked (hidden) but some return. Is this because they log out and back in?

Hello davehorror, if you clear your browser's cache you need to block those players again. They will remain blocked until you clear your browser's cache. (subscriber feature) Kind Regards, John
