People living in Turkey cannot purchase subscription with their mobile phone, but they can with a credit card. The fact is that it is cheaper with a telephone than with a card. That is why they would like to know why they can no longer purchase a subscription network with their telephone. I live in Belgium, I also have that problem, but I always pay for my subscription with the card, so that is not a problem for me. I am writing here on behalf of my Turkish friends who live in Turkey.
