Just curious John... are you getting this ad pop-up that we are talking about?

I'm wondering how many people have this issue and just don't say anything. One of the only perks of a subscriber is literally no ads.

I understand that. However, I've been a subscriber for a really long time and these types of ads are fairly new. There's always been ads on the website but not when I click to enter a room. Not instant access if I have to watch a video before I play is all I was saying. It's not a huge deal, just was trying to figure out why.

"no ads" applies to the games and not to the website.
There are no in-game ads and you don't have to watch 30 second ads before you can play the next game when you are a subscriber.

I've tried a few things and different browsers. I've noticed it more in the last few months. If I try to enter a room, it pops up a window with the following:

, then it makes me click a play button and watch a video that's usually not even in my language (English) and I can't X it out until finished, then it lets me enter room.
I don't have ads on the side like a non-subscriber and I usually always subscribe but this is something fairly new and not sure why.

John can you explain your reaction, ifly (and me also) have a problem because ads constantly keeps popping up ( Spanish one), we can't fix it, I  tried everything (i am a programmer like i said before and know what to do normal) and your reaction is there is no problem ? I am very curious about your reaction, maybe i miss understand it, with kind off regards Hans

So, you're a subscriber and still seeing ads and or popups... Interesting, have you managed to fix this yet?

If not, there's a few things you can try: 
Ensure all your current browsers are updated (especially those used to play FlyOrDie games)
Clear your catche and then try logging in again, if this still doesn't work, reply back and we'll try and get that fixed for you.

Same here, i am also subscriber, because i didn't like the ads constantly popping up, but it seems indeed that this new ad isn't stopped by flyordie, its excacly the same that is written in this topic, i cleared cache and cookie's, new login and realy tried every thing we can try, i know because my job is a programmer, the solution does't work and this anying popups still showing up the whole time, can you have a serious look at this problem Fly? , i might considering my subscribtion if nothing is done about this in a month, thank you
