Loses, Wins & Draws
How do draws figure in ones' winning percentage? My guess is a draw would be somewhat better than a loss, but I am just curious how this works. Thank you.
Hi Zebra3,
No, I draw is not slightly better than a lost game. If your checkers game ends in a draw 10 times or 100 times, you still have 0% of won games.
Kind regards, John
Draws commonly in sports count as 1/2 win and 1/2 lose in statistics.
