Your server gives an error and drops my points, I wonder what is the reason, thank you
Hi Sagopa,

You lost connection to the server and the server was unable to re-establish the connection.
Due to the server's inability to distinguish whether the connection was lost,  or intentionally disconnected, points will be deducted. This is normal in online games.

To enhance the stability of your internet connection, here are some suggestions:

1. Restart your router or cable modem. 
2. If it's an option, try connecting via LAN cable instead of WIFI (it will greatly enhance the stability of your connection).
3. Make sure to clear your browser's cache regularly. 
4. Experiment with signing in using a different browser, like Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.
5. You may want to get in touch with your ISP to have your Internet checked

If you are playing on a mobile device, avoid crowded hotspots near train stations or other public areas.

hank you first of all, there was no decrease in my internet, I am also working, the server connection failed twice in the game and it was restored, it is impossible for such drops to be caused by my internet, thank you for your interest.

In case these disconnections happen frequently you may use  "Traceroute Online" to check where the the problem occurs.   --> 
https://dnschecker.org/online-traceroute.php

    or any other DNS checker. 

While you can work normally or maybe browse the web, even the smallest packet loss results in a disconnection when playing online games.

I have noticed on the forums that many players are complaining about disconnections.

There have been detailed answers on this topic.

A link is suggested to you by the "forum moderator" so that you can explain your problem.

For the benefit of all, I asked the main administrator who answered me this.

* The servers are not overloaded at all.

This is a network problem, if others can play well at the same time without too many disconnections.

FYI;
In general, it is best to use only programs approved by the game developers and avoid third-party software that can disrupt your online gaming experience.
