I'm sorry that you're dealing with these issues.
However there haven't been any server problems (like overload, instability, etc. ...) on FlyOrDie recently.
Here some suggestions on how to improve the stability of your internet connection:
1. Restart your router or cable modem.
2. If it's an option, try connecting via LAN cable instead of WIFI (it will greatly enhance the stability of your connection !).
3. Make sure to clear your browser's cache regularly.
4. Experiment with signing in using a different browser, like Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.
5. You may want to get in touch with your ISP to have your Internet checked
