Hi sam102, There are no server issues on FlyOrDie atm. (if this were the case everyone would be kicked out at the same time, not only you.) When playing online games, it's possible to experience occasional disconnections. That’s normal. There is a distance between you and FlyOrDie with several servers, not just one. Here are a few things you can try to improve your internet connection to FlyOrDie: ° Restart your router or cable modem. ❗️ If it's an option, try connecting via LAN cable instead of WIFI (it will greatly enhance the stability of your connection). If you can't connect your PC to the internet via LAN cable because of distance, make sure you're not too far away from your router or use a repeater to amplify the signal. ° Clear your browser cache on a regular basis. ° Try signing in with a different browser, such as Google Chrome, Firefox, etc. Overactive virus protection software could also cause problems. It may pay off to check your system registry to see how many programs are running. If you are playing on a mobile device, avoid crowded hotspots near train stations or other public areas. If none of this resolves your problem, please read the FAQs -->

Six breaks today playing snooker. Wiped out my rating. Broadband speed fast but today it's impossible. I mean why bother?

Hi thegorgon, When the other players can play, it's not the server. It's your connection to the server. In case these disconnections happen frequently, like in your case, you may use "Traceroute Online" to check where the the problem occurs. -- >

or any other DNS checker. (If the others can play, it's not the server. It's your connection to the server.) Kind regards, John ------------------- Server issues? here you can check -->

Another qquestion please, having done the tracert what does it tell me. About 8 steps all under 18ms. What makes the break off point?
John Stewart
If, in that moment all the eight servers responded, there wasn’t a “break off point”. Maybe you want to check that right after you lost connection during a game. I know that I am repeating myself, but when all the other players can play and only you lose connection, it is not the server it is your connection to the server. I hope this sounds logical to you.
