Hello "Hoat4", I am writing to submit two requests that I believe are important and sensible for the management of chat rooms. 1. Visibility of Assistant Moderators: I propose that Assistant Moderators be more visible in chat rooms. This could be done by adding a distinctive sign next to their name and by using a different text color for their messages. This measure would allow users to easily identify them and ask for their help if needed. 2. Handling of Punishments and Demutations: I would also like to request that players who have been penalized with a demerit can no longer be unmuted by their friends. Currently, some users unmute their friends who have received a reprimand, which gives the impression of a monologue. Some penalized players circumvent the penalties by asking their friends to transcribe their messages, which leads to disruption and conflict. By preventing this practice, we could maintain a more peaceful and respectful environment in the chat rooms. Hello everyone, I will take the liberty of responding to this topic. It's been a few months now since assistant moderators appeared in the game. I'm going to say overall it's positive for the toxic behavior that some players can have. On the other hand, some people abuse it, excuse me in advance catsgirls for the accusation against you but for my taste it can't last any longer. The game is going through some dark weeks, it's a playground, it's no longer allowed to laugh in the room, it's no longer allowed to discuss a subject in the room without being taken up by that person . Unfortunately for you, we are in a game, I would like you to question your practices, because apart from scaring away half of the players I don't see any positive. I hope that my response will be visible, to perhaps allow a constructive exchange with you, so that you can also understand what flyordie players expect from assistant moderators. Don't say I'm lying about this, there have been several complaints about this behavior, please don't deny it. To answer the first of your questions, let's not forget that an assistant moderator is there to complete the "moderator's" work. Flinging people at every new member's game is not being an assistant moderator. A color does not need to be added. To talk about the second question, what else? already that you put black tablets of demerit on many people in the room, would we be punished by no longer being able to discuss? YOU ARE ON A GAME MADAM WE ARE HERE TO HAVE FUN NOT TO BE SANCTIONED AT YOUR HEAD FOR IMBECILITIES. I hope you will question your practice because it is very dark and inappropriate. I want to add to this topic 2 messages received following my response to your forum topic. : Both come from assistant moderators. (I have to clarify this) 1: I let people have fun chat and have a good time. Make complaints and maybe moderation will listen to you. 2: We are here to help you, not yo put you thurg bad times. I allow myself to share them because at least some understand the role of assistant moderator on the game and not in the school opposite.

I don't think its a good idea taking away someones ability to talk to their friends all because they have a dem. this is what bans are for which the senior mods deal with. if they are using their friends to talk for them then that's what 'report' is for. we are not here to monitor chat 24/7 we are just players to. as assistant mods the first thought shouldn't always be to dem, talking to the player and educating them on the rules works to. we are already low on players, the last thing we should be doing is trying to remove the ability to talk completely. yes they did wrong and they are being punished with a 'dem'. we need more players not less.

Hi all i have followed this topic and can sympathize with all involved what i would like to say is that people come on here in there free time to play games and chat to friends i am someone who talks to many people on here and i have gained quite some insight in there lives there are people here who are very lonely people who are not well and people who have mental health issues they come here to have fun not to forget that these people are flyordies asset maybe we should all keep this in mind and reconsider whether we should immediately demerit someone without speaking to them first i would like to join bass junkies words and add that i wish we assistants could see a little more of a person and not just the trouble maker who needs to be silenced as quick as possible but my experience has shown that you can often avoid applying a demerit by just speaking to people in a friendly respectful manner first Happy Gaming All Angie

I propose that this subject also be a basis for dialogue so that we can find arrangements between players, moderators, and in this case with the assistant moderators. The last demerits I saw from my friends and everyone else were unfair. I would like to make a suggestion in this thread, I would like to see the phrase or word that the demerit was applied to appear. Many times when I see someone receiving a demerit it is for words that are not offensive, taken out of context.
Hi xOmas, if you think you're demerited unfairly by an assistant or auto mod then you can contact the mods and ask them to look into why you have been given a dem.

if it was an assistant then at the time you get the dem click on the assistants profile and report it, this will send the chat directly to the senior mods.

1st point, totally disagree, what u propose sounds like a moderator itself, an assistant status or functions are just support, the word itself is self-explanatory. 2nd point is an excellent idea.
