hello to all the development team, so I've come up with another interesting idea: On 8ball, we always have a discrepancy between players using the move or not. So I'd like to see a specific button for this purpose, move on or no move, to avoid discussions before each game, this button would be visible next to the pro symbol for example and players could then choose if they want to play with a player who moves or not. hoping that some agree and that you do too..thank you very much and wish you a nice day. Wifi disconnection has become a common occurrence in backgammon games. Quite a few players employ this method to get big rolls and win games unfairly. I wonder why moderators don't do anything to stop this phenomenon which is a stain on  the reputation of the site. Players who employ this method should be initially given a demerit and if they repeat it, they should be banned permanently.

I am writing to submit two requests that I believe are important and sensible for the management of chat rooms.

1. Visibility of Assistant Moderators:
I propose that Assistant Moderators be more visible in chat rooms. This could be done by adding a distinctive sign next to their name and by using a different text color for their messages. This measure would allow users to easily identify them and ask for their help if needed.

2. Handling of Punishments and Demutations:

I would also like to request that players who have been penalized with a demerit can no longer be unmuted by their friends. Currently, some users unmute their friends who have received a reprimand, which gives the impression of a monologue. Some penalized players circumvent the penalties by asking…

Is there any way you guys could introduce a format where players in snooker and pool can set a shot time for each shot? 
Waiting 40 to 60 seconds for many opponents to hit a shot is too long.
Fair enough if people need 60 seconds but there should be a choice for subscribers to choose between 30, 40 or 60 seconds if they wish for a faster game. 
Would be a great addition.
Only quick snooker has 25 seconds per shot but it should be made optional for other games on the website.
