a decent password

Activate the "change password every so many days" option.

Oh and make sure you have a decent secret question too.

And you can always try an alternative email address which means if it is hacked then you can type the email address you choose (friend or family member for example) and it will send the password to that email address.

E,ail msn support and tell then your  prob  and any chats umay have had wth the person. also if he has emailed you send IP   to  support there IP :)   worked for me
