why was there a popup telling me to install something in the middle of a game? I ignored it and what happens? Game freezes. So I click on install. Game ends automatically which leads to a lost plus I install something I don't even know.

In my experience with this site pop ups only open when you close the chess window. I recommend that you check your computer for adware or viruses because I don't think FOD does popups like that.
