step 1: copy the URL of the bad ad,and send the URL to support@flyordie.com , with all the explanation.
step 2: i'd recommend you a program called Spybot Search&Destroy - leave it scanning your computer while you're playing,it detects bad ads and blocks them. seemed helpful for me:)
