ban is too short
in snooker light i often meet very unfair people (for different reasons). I always send SS. Sometimes I realise that they are banned for a few hours, or may-be one day. The next day they are back and are again fooling other players. This is disappointing and Fly-or-die is less attractive because of those people. Why can you not find out the identity of these players and ban them definetely?
Seems that some people have special protection and will not be banned. Some hours ago I made complaint for abuse and sent 3 SS. While playing even a mod was there, and I explainned him. The result is that 2 hours after, the guilty player is still there. So what happens to flyordie? Do the mods tolerate certain troublemakers??? This will decrease the attractiveness of flyordie... I'm really not amused
Our moderators do their best to keep the game rooms clean.
This is not an easy task sometimes.

At the same time please let me remind you to use the mute button besdies sending ss's, in order to keep unwanted players out of your attention.

Thx,

OP
i think u may be wrong, there OP. i understand, the mods are vollinteers, and give there time. and most of the time, do a good job. but there are, 1 or 2 in it, for there own reasons, or to help freinds. the best idea, would be to set up a comitee, to look at bans, and there reasons. giving customers, paying or otherwise, a chance to defend themselves. ultimatly leading to a longer ban, for wrong doers, or an appoligy, when no rules, have been broken, in the first place.
I think this is a SPLENDID idea!!

I have been saying this for years...to the point where I stopped saying it because I know nothing would ever change. :)

I can dream though, can't I??

Good luck getting this changed!
