Unable to enter reversi room
Hi am having strange issue,

cannot login:

reversi, memory, four in a row, chess, checkers.

able to login:

darts (cricket, 301,501), go, pente, Mill(nine mens morris), backgammon, go Moku, curling, straight pool, 9 ball pool, 8 ball pool, snooker, black ball pool, power snooker

For reversi(and other games that i cannot login),

1. room is not full, neither empty.

2. I click on login, it takes me through the usual addvertise of 20 secs then opens up the game room

3. once in game room i see the status as "Connecting to server..." in the chat section and my curser keeps spinning (keeps circling around which means its still working on something and I have to wait) and this goes forever and I am never admitted into the game room.

note earlier i was able to login into reversi and even play few games but suddenly from one day evening this is happening

I am able to login into other games like dats.

I cleared java cache, other browser cache, I used Internet explorer, firefox and chrome browsers still the result same.

I updated java version, checked if my java plugin is working properly and no issues there (as can bee seen I can login into other games, but just the 5 of these I cannot)

my Java is 1.7 (1.7.0_65) - Java 7 update 65 (64 bit)

I am using Windows 7 enterprise service pack 1(64 bit)

my google chrome version is: 36.0.1985.125 m

Please let me know if any more info is needed, I just want to be able to play reversi :s

Thanks
practicekitty

Is it just a coincidence that the games that are not working are the ones that can be accessed on with a mobile device?
The games that are not working are the ones converted to HTML5. They try to connect to the server via WebSockets protocol over port 4989.

If you have an http proxy set for your browser(s) you can test if your proxy supports WebSockets:
http://www.websocket.org/echo.html

If you don't connect through a proxy then most likely your firewall blocks port 4989 and the port should be enabled.
