Only a true hero can build houses here. To prove your worth you must first kill at least 302 enemies from the invasion army. One word: Huhh! WHAT THE!?! Since when??? Or always?? And I've just forgotten?

As far as I recall, you've always had to have killed 100 monsters in order to build on TA. And I think there might have been a limit to how much building you could do before the "king" required you to get some more conquest.
