I am trying to send a very serious complaint to the moderators about an extremely abusive member but unfortunately I am getting the following error message:

413 Request Entity Too Large
nginx/1.4.1 (Ubuntu)

The message I am trying to send includes a Word doc with screen print evidence of my complaint.

Please advise.
