Unfortunately that issue is down to one bip not FOD, iv had that issue myself before and i had to contact onebip directly regarding it and it took them a week to tell me they can't refund me. Onebip is a terrible service, boku mobile is far better. Not sure if FOD has that payment option available but it's much more reliable than onebip. In the past i have used onebip a lot of times and it's worked half the time..other times i never got the sub and onebip refused to refund me because i couldn't give them exact times of when i made the transaction..lol ridiculous. Don't think FOD can do anything about it, might be wrong though..gl buddy.
