I'm trying to make a new character, but on the character build screen, it returns "you must agree to the terms of service", even though the box is checked. Anyone know what I can do?

I'll ask this here instead of making a new topic: what's the best way to restore health after fighting?
If your charactes is above 30 and able to fight at Thord-Artin you might use recovery drink or mobilo diavovinos. Otherwise baloon is the best way. If the baloon is busy you might eat some rations. you may check other ways at larkinorguide.com
