Why do so many people complain about moving the white in 9ball? Its part of the rules so its not cheating. 9ball is hardly played in this country so just wondering why people complain about the white being moved. Thanks in advance for any information.

They are cheating because the rules mention that encouraging someone not to do something that is legal is a kind of cheating (e.g. encouraging you to leave a game is cheating) Therefore, they are just talking themselves
