In a real game, it is not allowed to play directly at the opponent's balls. 

Here it is and some players do it and have an advantage, changing the course of the game in their favor or at least not getting the game as complicated as it was.

Is it not possible to change this rule and give defeat when playing directly at the opponent's ball and which only demonstrates a lack of fair play?
