Xxxxx, after serving a temporary ban is back. The ban has slightly made him cautious but failed to fully reform him. Another temporary ban will perhaps greatly help to make him follow the rules. Regards ASaeed

It's probably better if you use the contact us page to report this kind of thing. More likely to see something done about things when you do as MODs get those messages. They don't all work on the forums lol.
