Everytime I play a ball in practise, a new page/tab opens up so makes it unplayable. Is there a way to prevent this ?

Hello auldblurk, If you're playing on a mobile device (phone, tablet) make sure to avoid touching the area at the bottom of the display where the icon that opens a new tab is located. See screenshot -->
