Other programs or applications running on your device that could be interfering with your connection to the game.
*You can also clear your browser's cache and cookies, and if you are using a mobile device, make sure your app is up to date.

Even small network fluctuations can sometimes cause disconnections, even if the connection seems fine overall as you state.

Here are some things to try:

Restart your router to refresh your connection.
Check for updates on your device or the app/game.
Close unnecessary applications that may be using bandwidth.
Try a wired connection if you are on Wi-Fi to see if that makes a difference.

I especially advise you to avoid software conflict.

Same thing has been happening to me in checkers.  Total drop out.

sorry to hear about those glitches. It looks like a GPU issue to me. As we have around 5,000 players online every hour, we have not heard of similar issues from other users.

As there might be a variety of problems, try this for starters:
-Please try to update to the newest version 
-Make sure no dust or else is creating an overheating
