If I try to zoom in by zooming in on the webpage it will actually crash my entire browser. The game is at a fixed resolution whereas before I subscribed it would scale up when I zoomed in on the webpage. If I zoom to about 500%+ then I can begin zooming in on the game but it becomes pixelated so I'm not actually seeing any more detail. Full screen is not big enough for me in snooker, I prefer to zoom in on the gameplay and ignore the buttons and chat, is there a way to do this?

The zoom problem is related to eco settings. Once stored back to original default settings if they do it, it will be fine, but that problem is staying their until eco settings is sorted.
Zoom works to a certain extent, but not fully since the eco settings were taken away.
The game resolution is fixed for consistency across devices, so using the "full screen" option is really the only option for you.

Not true - I'll just unsubscribe, I could increase the game resolution as much as I wanted before subscribing. I can show a video if anyone is curious what I mean.
I would suggest recording it and sending the video in please for the developers to look at.
