i have a new lenovo ideapad, i have a new download of firefox. now what is it i need to play darts? no matter what it's the wrong browser. why are some playing but mine won't? also i even d'loaded the esr version of firefox. now when it prompts me to login in the darts window it won't let me type in my username or password.
can an admin help?

yes i have java, plus i went back to the 41.0.1 ver of firefox, i opened the darts window and didn't get the incompatible browser prompt but got this window that says my security settings have blocked the app from running. any ideas?
I know this isn't the answer you are looking for but it was removed from their games list for a reason. What I do find weird is, they still host system tournaments for the Darts games. You can access it here as the link still exists -

You may just need to download some older versions of JAVA.

Thought I'd drop this here as every couple of months I end up just going over to darts and playing a ton of games in practice (never anyone in lobbys of course). 1. Get the latest version of Microsoft Edge. 2. In the address bar type edge://settings/defaultbrowser 3. In the search bar in settings type "Internet Explorer". 4. Scroll all the way until you see "Internet Explorer Mode (IE) button" and turn on. 5. Once turned on, go to the settings search bar on the left again and type "Internet Explorer compatibility". 6. Under internet explorer pages, press "add" and add

- it will then prompt you to reload edge. 7. Load up FOD Darts and it may ask for the recommended Java version to be installed, install it. 8. Play!
thanks, but i did all that and still get incompatible browser. i did get it to work though by resetting firefox to an older version of about 42.0. there's a link here in another of my posts to all older versions. bad thing is windows will update automatically and it wipes that out and i have to start all over. another thing is the darts window is smaller and all over the game i can hardly see the room names, player names, scores and so on.
everyone stopped playing because of cheating. people using a straight edge against a mouse to ensure the dart is always straight. it was too easy to cheat. but then again all the game snow are smply full of cheats. aimer bots in all the cue gamnes. electronic chess games being used for chess moves and so on its pointless
Everyone quit because the game was mostly inaccessible unless your clued up on a way round, still a nightmare though.
