Hi! Years ago, ive received a black point, and since that my account level been stuck in the same 5 dot. My account is pretty old(2005), and i do play from time to time, but it doesnt seem to increase.. Dont know if receiving a "black point" intentionally stops my account from leveling or is it just a bug? Thank you in advance!

A demerit doesn't stop you from levelling, but it can reset the dots you already have. Sometimes all the way back to zero. So you may have taken some time just to get back to where you were before. If you go into your edit profile screen, there is a bar that shows your progress towards the next level as a percentage. Check and see if there is any progress after playing a few games.
