when you have a major increase in people reporting disconnections across multiple games within the last few days , what is the most probable cause? There have been numerous posts since the 24th , and many comments agreeing with these posts * note : the disconnects that have occured recently are not as the same as normal -the disconnect is immediate , the server does not allow time to try to reconnect -immediately back in the lobby and reconnected I have had these disconnections in the past few days and they are not as they normally occur and my opponents have had them too and other players have mentioned having them thnks

disconnected me 4 times tonight in 45 minutes, fix the problem its not just tonight been going on for several days, it dont take that long if people r working on or go back to something that works, its a great site if it works but it has not worked for to long
Hi stepan4, you had just ONE disconnection on March 27. (you can see that on your profile.) There are also many posts on the forum on how to tackle connection problems that already helped several players. Here’s one of them:

Wth 3000+ users playing at the same time it’s possible that some of them don’t have the fastest or most reliable Internet connection. If it was the server, all of us would have the same problem. (I’m not talking about the issue with the Hungarian telecom a few weeks ago that affected Hungarian players only and which has been fixed by now.) Have a nice day and good games!

Since the countdown with ads was put in place, reconnection is never done on time. When user presses "Reconnect" the page says you'll be reconnected "after a break". But there´s no time for a break. Reconnection should be done immediately without the countdown.

Hi I read that , and thnks for an answer that lets people know whats happening respectfully though if an assistant mod is going to tell us we are exaggerating it is only fair we are able to defend our position , thnk you :)
