FlyOrDie, i am very happy that you have let the ratings remain for such a time i hope that it continues! But there has been a lot of hassle since people can call people names,vulgar and obscene names, which can be very derogatory and is in obstruction of the "Rules Of Use". Then a person can go and create a new account to avoid the punishment. So a demerit or ban has no effect at all! 

I would recommend that whilst a person has a ban or demerit the person is disabled from making a new account, until the ban is over. Even so, people may already have other existing accounts. So this would only be effective to some extent. This next suggestion may seem to be brute. But, it is in order to sustain the friendly environment at FlyOrDie. IF a player chooses to offend FlyOrDie's "Rules Of Use" they will be submitted to a ban of their IP until the punishment is fished. This method will stop anyone from breaching Rule:

5.5 FlyOrDie will not tolerate using multiple nicknames in order to avoid banishments. Offenders of our rules might face permanent banishments on all nicknames used by them (please also see 3.12).

 

*Different issue*

I have noticed that even though a person may not be subscribed, they can still be entered into the "Top20" players list. Does this mean they can still obtain the crown?

If FlyOrDie is planning to keep the ratings for a long period of time they should address these little things, and only let people be entered into the "Top20" if subscribed. Again, this would happen with the crown only being awarded to subscribers.

For the meantime as everyone is subscribed i think it would be an excellent idea if FlyOrDie adjust the ratings back to what it was like a long long while back, when the ratings would reach 2000+ this will increase the competition and would make it much more fun for everyone.

If you people have had any other problems with the way things are going on here and with the ratings, please post here and hopefully in time the problems will be dealt with.
