Ok so first u go to www.imageshack.us/

then u put your picture and choose what kind of link u should use, take the second hotlink for forum and put it here.

Or if it s a picture of web u right klik then take the url and put it between [img]...

/img].

put a url after the = and finish with the ]

and ur end result should look like mine :) but with a different picture:p
